I cannot say enough good things about this physician and her caring staff. We went to see her for a second opinion and I am so glad that we did. We found out that our first opinion included things/procedures that my 18 month old did not need. Dr. Statham spent so much time explaining things in a way no other doctor had and never made me feel rushed when I had 100 plus questions about my son’s surgery. Her staff always went above and beyond and since we were traveling from Alabama to see her, they always took that into consideration when making our follow up appointments. I never asked them to do that- they just did. I was actually a little shocked someone would call her staff “incompetent”. I’ve seen and worked with incompetent people in the medical world, and this practice is far from incompetent. I kind of wish she was a pediatrician instead of a specialist so that we (all of my kids) could go to her with all of our issues and not just our ENT ones.
