Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 25, 2025

AI4ENT is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for all and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide array of abilities.

What We’re Doing

To support accessibility, we:

  • Use semantic HTML, headings, and landmarks for screen readers
  • Provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images
  • Maintain color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA
  • Ensure interactive elements are keyboard-navigable and focus-visible
  • Avoid images of text whenever possible
  • Provide descriptive link text and form labels
  • Test with keyboard-only navigation and popular assistive technologies
  • Caption or transcribe new video/audio content we publish
  • Review PDFs and office documents for accessibility prior to posting

Known Limitations

While we strive for full conformance, some third-party content or integrations (e.g., embedded maps, scheduling widgets, social feeds, or videos) may not fully meet WCAG criteria. We do not control these vendors but will work with them or provide accessible alternatives upon request.
